Porsche X League of Legends (RIOT) - Catch her if you can

A campaign for the first ever branded prestige skin in League of Legends Wild Rift

2025 | Hamburg | JvM Sports | CLIENTS: Porsche X RIOT) Gaming and car culture are built on the same mindset: speed, identity, and performance. The new Kai’Sa Neon Daredevil Prestige Skin captures that spirit through bold design and self-expression, much like the Porsche 911 GT3 on the road.

Together, Porsche and Riot Games created an exclusive Prestige Skin for one of Wild Rift’s fastest and most elusive heroes: Kai’Sa. Inspired by the Porsche 911 GT3 and set in the Neon Daredevil universe, the collaboration connects the worlds of gaming and automotive performance.

In the film, Porsche brings the Neon Daredevil world to life through a cinematic desert chase across the planet Lido, where Kai’Sa is hunted for her Porsche blueprint. Combining high-speed action with futuristic visuals, the custom 911 GT3 directly mirrors the exclusive Kai’Sa skin and was driven on real desert terrain to ground the fantasy in authentic Porsche performance.

And yes, the Porsche drove on real desert terrain. The production pushed the 911 GT3 far beyond what you would normally expect from the car, and there were real concerns about how long it would last in those conditions. Even Porsche was surprised when the car handled two full days of desert driving without any major damage. See for yourself in the BTS video.

Porsche GT3 unlocked new skills

CGI? Not the driving scenes.

Shooting the film meant taking a Porsche 911 GT3 into conditions it was never designed for. Instead of smooth asphalt and racetracks, the car was pushed across loose desert sand, extreme heat, and rough terrain on the planet Lido set. Every sequence was real, no fake dust, no studio floor, no CGI replacement for the driving shots.

The production became a constant balance between cinematic ambition and mechanical survival. The crew expected the GT3 to fail after only a few hours in the desert, but the car kept going through days of high-speed drifting, hard launches, and repeated chase sequences across the sand. Even Porsche was surprised by how well the car endured the punishment.
