2020-2020 | Hamburg | Wynken Blynken & Nod | The pandemic poses new challenges for everyone. Even the group it seemingly impacts the least, in terms of their health at least: young people. How can Germany's largest health insurer help its young target group through this unusual time? March 2020, the world is upside down. This also leaves its mark on our own minds. The AOK does not want to run after the mental consequences of the pandemic, but to help prevent it. That's why we quickly launched a campaign to help young people in particular deal with mental health problems. To lighten the load, we are working with well-known influencers who playfully introduce preventive strategies. They provide added value, from sleep hacks and counseling to a live Q&A with a psychologist, showing their followers that they are not alone in facing challenges such as loneliness, frustration, and sleep problems. CLIENTS: AOK

In each phase of the campaign, the content focused
on a different relevant aspect. We started with isolation at home.

Loneliness quickly turns into frustration for young people. Influencer Maren Schiller and her boyfriend Eugen have shown how to let it out.

Lockdown and quarantine are depriving many of sleep. With a somnologist and YouTuber Malwanne, we played out strategies for falling asleep and staying asleep to everyone who was still awake late at night.

Life stands still and the body gets rusty. That's why a fitness influencer and two sports fanatics with a lot of reach are encouraging the community to do more sport and lead a healthier lifestyle. The goal of the #Doppelfit challenge: to double your fitness level in one month.
